Game Mechanics

The game has 5 reels of 3 symbols each. This is a “Reel Power” game meaning any pattern of adjacent symbols counts as a win (you can view it like having 3^5, or 243 “paylines”). As in any reel power game, stacked symbols allow for exponential growth of wins.

Moneybag symbols are scatter pay. There is a max of one per line, but the wild ladies also count for moneybags.

When Power Play is enabled, the bet size is doubled and two bonus features are enabled. If you land two symbols with a flame on the first and last reel, 15 free spins are won. There are no differences in gameplay during the free spins, so just think of them as a bankroll saver in case you don’t win anything good.

The other bonus is the wild respin. If you land an entire row of ladies (wild symbol) on reels 2, 3, or 4, the game will evaluate the win and then respin the other reels, locking in the wild row of ladies. If you happen to get another row of wild ladies, the game will lock that in and respin the other reels. This can happen a maximum of three times if you can magically get the 3 center reels to have wild ladies. Huge wins can happen on wild respins so they’re one of the key points of the game.

To Power Play or Not to Power Play?

As mentioned above, enabling Power Play doubles the bet size and enables the two bonus features: wild lady respins and free games. While it’s possible to get huge wins without the wild respins, it’s going to be much more complicated to land high-paying symbols on the initial spin without Power Play.

You have to decide yourself if the added excitement from wild respins and free spins justifies doubling the bet size for equivalent pays.

The highest-paying symbol in Wicked Winnings II is the raven, which pays an amazing 5000 credits for five-of-a-kind. 3 ravens are allowed on each reel except the last which is limited to 1. That results in a max raven win of 5000 times 3x3x3x3x1, or 405000 credits. That’s equivalent to a $4,050 win on a 50-cent bet, or an amazing $40,500 win on a $5 bet. Very impressive for a non-progressive jackpot.
